Shortlists have been announced for the second Campaign Ad Net Zero Awards, which recognise work from across the advertising ecosystem that is helping to build a more sustainable future.
58 entries have been shortlisted across award categories which mirror the five-step Ad Net Zero Action Plan. There are awards for sustainability best practice, ad production, media planning, events and also sector-specific categories covering how advertising is supporting behaviour change through a range of sectors from food to health.
A number of entries were also received internationally, reflecting the growing global influence of the Ad Net Zero initiative.
The shortlists were selected by a prestigious panel of judges, chaired by Seb Munden, Chair of Ad Net Zero and WRAP, and Margaret Jobling, Group CMO at NatWest Group.
Winners will be revealed on Thursday 2 November at the Londoner Hotel. The awards ceremony, which is headline sponsored by Google, will also see an ultimate Grand Prix winner unveiled. The awards are supported by the UK founders of Ad Net Zero – Advertising Association, IPA and ISBA – as well as sustainable ad production initiative, AdGreen.
Ad Net Zero looks forward to bringing together the inspirational agencies, media owners, production companies and brands that are helping to advance the ad industry’s progress on tackling the climate emergency.
Book your awards ceremony tickets here before September 29 to take advantage of the early bird rate.
